Jay came over to my home in January 2019 and was flexible with his schedule. He helped me select an AC system that best suited my parent's needs. Jay was very considerate, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He explained the process and provided me his contact information so that if I had any questions he could answer them. I was very impressed by his level of expert customer service, Jay should write standards and lead training on customer service because I believe it is rare to find people that can deliver a very natural human experience. The entire time I felt like an old friend came to visit me to help me obtain the right air conditioning unit. Never once did he pressure me, nor was he looking at his phone, he kept his full attention on what mattered. more
