Monarch Dental & Orthodontics

My family and I have been going to Monarch for a couple of years now. With that being said, last year when we went in I asked to schedule my son for a yearly exam and cleaning. Once there, he had his cleaning and was told he would have to come back in 2 hours for the cleaning! When I myself went in for my appt, they told me I had to reschedule because the Dentist was out (no prior call was made to me). \r This year, I called to make an appt once again for my son. I asked if they had an appt for a yearly exam and cleaning before school began. She replied "" Uhhhh, that's not gonna happen."" The staff is apparently rude and I will not go back there unless my teeth fall out before I can change providers! I do not recommend them. You are better off going somewhere else. more

I have been going to Monarch for braces for almost 2 years and the only thing good I can say about them is that it is cost effective. Other than that they are extremely unorganized and not always friendly. If you need to contact them over the phone good luck they seldom answer and have never returned my call when I left a message. Once when I finally got through to them I heard them pick up the phone and just hang it up. more

The ladies up front are nice enough but I just spent 75+ minutes waiting to be seen for an appointment I had. I eventually walked out having never seen the dentist. It would be one thing if it was an emergency and i was waiting for an opening but this was a scheduled appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another place in Weatherford. more

I gave Monarch Dental (Weatherford, Tx) 1 star because of the dentist, Dr. Whittle. He moved my appointment up with barely any notice...on the day of my appointment. He was very rude. He rushed not only me, but his staff as well. I guess it truly was highly important that he be out of there by 4:00?? He barely looked at me or spoke to me. He briefly glanced at my xrays (which where taken on the mini machine because the big one has been broken for a while) and immediately said in a quick and annoyed voice, ""it's hard to see ANYTHING with braces"". He proceeded to ""examine"" my mouth for all of 30 seconds, quickly said I had no cavities, still didn't even make eye contact, and then rushed out. Its a good thing I didn't have to pay because I would have REFUSED! By the way, its three weeks later and my tooth is hurting on the lower left side. I'll have to wait until we get back from vacation now to find a new dentist to take care of this for me. What a shame that the ""dentist"" is so lousy. I could not be more pleased with the current staff. more

This office has been very helpful with me. They have gotten me into the inner office in less than 15 minutes of my arrival. I thank them all for taking such good care of me when I am in their presence. Thank you Monarch Dental Weatherford location. more

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professional manner all of the staff offered. I was very pleased after the first visit. It's always a bit scary going to a new dentist, not knowing what to expect, but it was a very good experience going to Monarch. I felt a lot better when I left. Thank you! more

Very pleased with the office staff and dentist. Although this office is not convenient for me, I am willing to drive the 30 miles, because I know I am getting first class treatment. Dr Whittle at the Weatherford office is the best. more
