I have been o many dentist I had serious problems starting when I was abot 10 and am now 54.Even a year at Washington university school of med,however eventually at 34 i had to have all my teeth extracted.Afterabout 10 years my bottom jaw bone was aomost all gone and the denture was so loose it was hard to even talk for laongfor fear it would fall out.I could never had been able to afford regular implants and then found out about the mini implants and that you guys would finanace part of the work. Well a year later after DR Z got finished with me it is like I have a new life.I am able to socialize go to dinner, pronounce my words correctly and have more confidence in general.I would recomend this office to anybody and have recommended you several times.I cant say enough good things about Hot Springs Monarch Dental, the staff and Dr Z. kelly haywood more

Staff is very friendly, courteuos and supportive 6/20/2011

Every time I go to the office, staff is very friendly, courteuos and supportive. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood all the ends and outs of my treatment. I have been in for adjustments to my upper plate and the flex-fit bottom that I have and was treated with respect each time. You have an excellent staff!! more
