Dr Deb, and ALL the staff are very professional, friendly, caring and attentive. I have been seeing Dr Deb and her staff for 23 years and would not consider going anywhere else.

A friend of mine went here for what he thought was a FREE cleaning, When he left , his bill was $150\r He was billed for the mouthwash $40 something\r A special toothbrush $20 something, and toothpaste!\r Had he known that he was going to be billed for\r These items, he would have declined them \r And looked for similiar less expensive products\r Elsewhere. In other words, they used these\r Products for his cleaning!! Then sent him home with\r Them, free cleaning? I dont think so,, in the future\r It would be nice to ask people if theyd like\r To purchase these things, and educate them\r On how they will help, abd then ASK,,,, would \r You like to purchase these today?! But they know\r What the answer would be most of the time! NO Thanks!! more

Dr Deb Girlinghouse and her staff is the best. They really takes care of their patients. And Cindy the receptionist she does a wonderful job. All the staff at Monarch have been a real blessing to me 6/20/2011

All the staff at Monarch have been a real blessing to me. Dr. Mike Wattles has given me excellent care as well as Dr. Renegar earlier. Tanya and Yulia are kind and friendly. Also Monarch's policy of accepting the Aetna Discount Program has made this economically feasible. With dedicated, talented professionals right here in my own neighborhood and Care Credit that gives me time to map out my financial strategy, I'd say, "Don't change anything, except that I really appreciate that this Monarch office seems to be close to the leading edge in new dental techniques, giving their patients the best care available. Keep up the beautiful work and thank you very much! more

Great Educated Professionals, but... 1/4/2009

Monarch Dental in Fort Smith, Arkansas has some of the best Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, etc... around. However, you might encounter a little attitude from one of the receptionists/office professionals although most are friendly and corteous. Pros: Great Working Professionals Cons: Individual Office Personnel's Attitude more
