I will never enter another Monarch dental office again. They way they do billing is unorganized and fraudulent in my opinion. I always paid my deductible before the service rendered and they came back at me for more money. I sent letters requesting explanations and asking them to call my insurance company, but they ignored my requests and threatened collections even though I paid for my service before the time of service. Billing is a nightmare. They even billed services under my husband's name and he didn't even go there! (Fraud?)
The work they did on my teeth was also substandard. I'm currently working with another dentist to fix a problem that their dentist caused and was unable to fix even after two follow-up visits to rectify the problem.
Sadly, I ended up paying all they demanded in order to keep my credit score good. In principle, I shouldn't have paid it.
