Maybe this location is better than the one I went to on Mockingbird Ln, near SMU/Central Expressway. During Christmas holidays, my tooth started hurting really bad. Only this dentist was available in my area. Totally new to me but in pain, I went. I told him right off the bat I had crowns because he started shaking my teeth. Well, he shook so hard, he broke the posts. He ran out of the room. When he came back in, he denied ever doing damage. Then the antibiotic he gave made me really sick. He wouldn't answer the call and the office is not allowed to talk to you about meds. I went in, again. He offered to repair/pull the tooth he broke and change meds. Charging me another visit. Said I just needed a very serious cleaning to get the infection down. $1800 of cleaning to be truthful about it. I had AmeriPlan for discounts and this place was in Network! I contacted another dentist immediately. The tooth had to be pulled from the damage caused at Monarch on Mockingbird Ln. I sent letters and called their Corporate Offices in Richardson who said they weren't liable for any damage since each of these dentists are hired in as Independent Contracts. I was out a lot of money from this dentist being too rough and breaking my tooth which no one at any of these locations would refund my money paid to date or get me compensation for damages caused. I do NOT rerecommend any of these dentists cause there's no coverage for YOU if they screw up. Teeth don't grow back so I had to get a bridge to cover the front tooth being gone. So much money out that should never have happened in the first place. My last visit memory was the dentist laughing, saying HE didn't do it. Corp finally admitted responsibility but even after sending receipts and proof of damage via x-rays, Corporate never sent me a penny. DO NOT GO TO THESE PPL unless you DON""T care about your dental health.
