BMW Heaven 1/6/2010

Talk about professionaism and knowing "how" to treat the customer. At Monaco Motors I realized I had found a diamond in the rough. Most autocare or auto repairs needed on M/Benz, Porsche, BMW and other high end vehicles cost an arm and the perverbial leg. Not so @ Monaco Motors and I found that these guys really know their stuff and that ends up saving you/me $$$ as they don't have as many hours in the repair end. I also have to say they treat you very special there and keep their word about WHEN your car will be ready and keep to the estimate they gave me. Please, Please ask for Wade or Mike for BMW help and M/Benz and Porsche.............My 740Li never had it so good. Neither have I, now I can really afford to keep this BMW that I cherish. MONACO FOR MY MERCEDES (2) 1/5/2010

Wade and his team, in particular John the Mercedes technician (aka The Professor), have done a GREAT JOB of keeping my 300e and e320 Cabriolet fit and fleet of foot (or tire, if you prefer). I have checked Monaco's prices against several other shops and always found Monaco to offer the best deal. More importantly, Wade will suggest, if asked, "less than perfect" fixes when a complete repair would not be cost efficient. Finally, I have found Wade to be a man of his word when it comes to warranty repairs on a warranty that Monaco issued on my e320. GREAT WORK, GREAT PEOPLE! I brought my merecedes S430 for service and they did an outstanding job. The price was significantly less than the dealer and the work done was excellent. They picked my car up at work and droped it off with a great wash and clean. I was very happy with my service and would recommend them to everyone. Pros: Great Service more

Watch them on prices and warranty work 8/18/2009

I took my Mini to Monaco with an engine fan problem. The car had an extended warranty with a $100 deductible. Wade quoted me one price, then went to charge me a higher price, and made me pay first $230.00, then $195, $95 more than should have been paid. Cons: Overcharging more

i took my boxster to wade an the boys they did an awesome job...which none of the surrounding shops could do to my specs. Service and the price for the job..where remarkable. If you want it done right i highly recommend this shop. Pros: customer service was awesome more

mystery shopper gives monaco motors a no-go 12/3/2008

As a secret shopper, I give this place a poor rating. They are overpriced for what you get . Although I'm a woman, I do know a ffew things about cars and they didnt do a very thourough job of anything with my Mercedes. The boys are sweet but used foul language I really dont want my daughters to hear. This gal is going somewhere else next time. more
