Horrible Dealership 3/11/2021

I bought a new truck, the dealership illegally used my personal info, department of Consumer protection had to clean my credit due to the violation. they delivered my truck with a tear in leather and said they would fix it, then tried not to, they would not service my warranty issues, the BBB had to bring my truck to another dealership to fix my issues. they misquoted commercial rebates available then charged more at time of delivery. more

Friendly honest dealers...a real rarity!! 6/20/2005

Moncao Ford is outstanding...not only as a dealership but as an active part of the community as well. Their sales people are very down to earth and reasonable and never seem to come off as overly pushy. They actually seem to be interested in what the customer wants and needs, which can be hard to come by at some other dealers. Very good about post-sale communication as well. Cars are of good quality; I have had no problems thus far. more
