The buffet is glorious, but not overwhelming. You don't get too bogged down in choices, but you do have to negotiate with yourself over what will fit on the plate.
And I'm not a fan of buffets. But I really dig this one.
Food seems to be pulled well before it gets overexposed. If the smoked turkey looks a little dry, skip it on your first plate; it will have been replaced with fresh goodness when you start your second round.
The filed peas, beans, etc are all real-deal home cookin'. You'll feel like you're at Grandma's house on easter.
And I can not stress too much how cool it is to have both the Mustard & Vinegar BBQs to choose from/sample between.
Go hungry, get the ""all you can eat "" option and loosen yer trousers!
The one drawback for me is I like Bessenger's ""Carolina Gold"" mustard sauce more than Mommas. That's a personal issue that may not effect you.
Pros: Offers Both Mustard & Vinegar BBQ
Cons: Mustard Base/Sauce Not Quite As Good As Bessenger Family's
