I am so upset I could scream.\r
We hired this branch of Molly Maid to clean the home we were moving out of. We were mostly done with the move, but still had some items in the closet, store room, and garage. We decided to let them clean anyway and we would pick up the items when they were done.\r
Well, they decided to help themselves to our items. They took my cashmere scarf, a brand new Tigers scarf that was a Christmas gift, my really nice digital crock pot, a custom made bag, a hand knitted scarf, and other various items. They also broke a glass shelf in the refrigerator and then just threw the glass in the home recycle bin - no bag or anything. They didn't even call us to tell us that they broke it. Just left a note on the counter.\r
We called the manager immediately when we realized that we had items missing. The cleaner admitted to taking items that ""she thought were trash"". Since when are items on hangers and shelves in a closet considered trash?! The manager said that she would have to wait until they brought the items in and then we could come pick them up. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY or offer of a discount. When told about them tossing large shards of glass in a bin with no bag there was no response.\r
The manager was supposed to call us back after speaking to the women who cleaned the home. We have still not gotten a call back. I am on the verge of filing a police report. It has been three days and I still do not have my items.\r
\r
They also charged us 6.00 more than the bill that was left by the cleaners.\r
\r
TERRIBLE service! The manager should have been apologetic at the very least. ABSOLUTELY NOT.\r
