I began with them in July 2008. The teams are good and were thorough until they became bored and/or frustrated with cleaning my apartment every week. My son has a loft bed--it's not easy to change the sheets. The teams didn't like changing that bed and they complained about it, often trying to excuse their way out of doing it. As time went on, the overall quality of the service suffered--some rooms were well-done, some areas overlooked, and dust piled up in the kids' rooms. I requested a change in team to get better service and was eventually abled picky by the owner. She then informed me the teams wanted out and cancelled all future service. My place is mostly clean when they come, mostly no dishes, I even stripped one of the beds for them the last time so they would have more time for the loft bed. But they did a shoddy job on it anyway and I complained and was cut from future service as a result. Molly is a good service but for me it was like a sliding board--great at the top and downhill from there. It was nice while it lasted but be warned that if you complain the maids talk about you back at the office and eventually none of them want to come back..
