To give them any stars would be generous! They show up late, clean what they feel like cleaning, they don't do a good job cleaning what they do clean, and charge you for more time than they actually spend. more

Our office has been using MM of Burbank for over ten years and we are very pleased with their service, the Owners and the staff. We can always trust them to do a great job, they are fast but thorough and efficient and we feel safe with them in our offices. We would highly recommend them for your home or office cleaning needs. more

This service was recommended to me by a friend, but unfortunately I found that the company did not live up to expectations. A time was booked for arrival and the day before service the owner called to change. The following day I awaited their arrival (which I was told would be 12.00), by 12.30 I was still waiting. When I called to enquire when I could expect service I was told that I had a window of between 12.00 - 2.00 for arrival (this definitely was not explained to me when booking, if it had been I could have planned around this and it would not have been a problem). When I explained this to the OWNER his reply was he had done this for 9 years and always explained this to clients. We had gotten off to a bad start so he was cancelling service. If this is the level of service that you receive from the owner then my question is what can you expect from the employees? Don't waste any time with this company, it's not worth it. more

There is nothing like the glory of ""maid day."" It's great to come home to a spotless house, and even better when you're expecting company. Molly Maid uses licensed and bonded workers, they are punctual and courteous and do a great job of cleaning my hardwood floors, my porcelain surfaces, stove and refrigerator. They are trustworthy and reliable and best of all--flexible! I have referred them to friends and always gotten great feedback. I could bounce a quarter off my bed sheets after they make them up and I can ""smell the clean"" in my bathroom and shower. A real time saver, and definitely a must for someone like me who is not a gifted housekeeper. Don't be fooled by those ""coupon"" services offering deep discounts. Very disappointed with the level of clean. They charged 60/hour for the first spring/cleaning. Which included baseboards, ceiling fans & cobwebs. They didn't do any. I was preoccupied with my baby & parents arriving I did not notice right away. If I had called within 36 hrs they would have recleaned. The owners wife came with the 2 girls & did a review. she specifically told me that they specialize in getting rid of hard water. My bathtub still has the stains.She also said they would polish all wood. The bunk beds were covered in dust..the fishtank too. The girls were nice & for what they did they did a great job.. but for what they promised & the amount of $, I feel I got jipped! Owners are nice & called back to find out how it went.. although it was past the time for a re-clean. Pros: Quick, Friendly Cons: not-thorough, unfulfilled estimate more
