i go here to have an additional sole added to my shoe because of an artificial hip. i find the quality of the work to be exceptional and of good value.

I wouldn't use this cobbler again. First of all the lady at the front desk has her young daughter in the shop. Not a problem until the little girl slapped me, poked me, crawled ...

I wouldn't use this cobbler again. First of all the lady at the front desk has her young daughter in the shop. Not a problem until the little girl slapped me, poked me, crawled on the desk, made fun of me, etc. The little girl needs some discipline! Secondly, they lost one set of my shoes (but found them a couple of days later) regularly were not done when they said they would be and didn't always do what they were supposed to do on my shoes. I would never go there again. Cons: everything!!! more
