IT IS OVER PRICED.. THE DESK STAFF IS ALL HORRIBLE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET.. THE VETS ARE NICE, BUT MOST DONT HAVE A CLUE.. YOU HAVE TO GO BACK MANY TIMES AND GET MANY TESTS TILL THEY FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG AND EACH TIME IT IS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND EACH TIME YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER OFFICE VISIT.. AFTER TAKING MY PET THERE 5 TIMES, I WENT TO ANOTHER VET AND HE SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITHIN 20 MINUTES.. HE JUST TOOK AN XRAY.. HOW INCOMPETENT THOSE OTHER VETS WERE AND IT COST ME A FORTUNE FOR THEIR INCOMPETIENCE. AFTER GOING THERE FOR 10 YEARS I WILL NEVER BE BACK.. I KEPT PUTTING UP WITH THE HORRIBLE DESK STAFF BECAUSE THE VETS WERE NICE, BUT AS THE YEARS WENT ON, THE VETS DIDNT CARE ANY MORE ABOUT THE ANIMALS.. IT WAS JUST STRICKLY BUSINESS..
