This place is ""managed"" by dishonest theives. Let me preface this by saying my family are locals who used to dine at Mogan's every Sunday. This past weekend, I left my very expensive sunglasses on the table after eating there. I went back the following morning looking for them, and the ""manager"" who said he remembered me and bussed my table the previous morning had no Idea what I was talking about, and had not seen any glasses. I went back in two days later and spoke with another ""manager"" who said he also remembered me and my family, and he had put the glasses in the lost and found, and they just mysteriously vanished. I was very upset, because it was clear that a member of the staff rather than writing my name down (as my family eats there every week) and returning my glasses when I asked for them, either stole them, or as he claimed, gave them away to a random person. I called back to speak with the owner, and he said his cameras were not working so it would be difficult to figure out who stole my glasses, and he would call me the next day after interviewing his staff.
So far, I have not received a call, and the owner is MIA.
Aside from the mediocre to poor quality of food in recent months, and terrible service, I am very disappointed that as a weekly local customer, the staff would treat me and my family so dishonestly, and steal a personal item that they knew belonged to me. This type of service is inexcusable.
It will be more convenient for me to make my own omlets for breakfast or go to Cafe Vida (where the food and service is excellent) from now on, rather than dealing with the thieves/staff and lack of management at Mogan's.
