We had our flood last winter from ice and rain build up as it started to thaw for spring. Instead of just writing it off as we should have being we were ankle deep in water in some places we called this company to see what they could do. They brought out rather large fans and vacuum's and made it sound as though it all was save able. As weeks went by (4 weeks) they kept telling us there was "progress" as well as a $150.00 charge for the machines -per day- so we trusted it and let them go, insurance only covered $500 of it being it wasn't an act of god but a sub pump problem and in the end it was over $7000.00 being nothing was save able, they finally came and got their things after we told them to before we just put them on the side of the road, the other real shocker was the $800.00 electric bill that next month being they hadn't warned us it was all running off our things when we were told they had generators so it wouldn't be part of our bill... Just a word of caution, be sure its 100x save able before you let them in your house.
