Initial patronage was very good, with the previous owner taking very good care of the clothes. If they couldn't clean it, they won't charge you for their effort.
Since their sale to the new owners, the service has slipped considerably. I was wondering how I had gained a hole in the left breast of one of my company golf shirts. Not understanding where the cause of the hole was, I continued to patronize the place. It was only last month that I had submitted my comforter, a wedding present, to them in it was returned with three(!) holes in it, with frayed edges. I had never received this type of service before. This was when I had went home to change the sheets of the bed.
When I brought this issue up with the owners, they ridiculed the quality of the comforter, made me pay $22 for them screwing up, because they had serviced it, and demanded the money for their effort. Their only consolation was $3 off my current order.
I walked out and I am NOT going back there again.
I actually ran into a former employee, who had worked with the company before it exchanged hands. She agreed that she had taken her clothes into her former new employers for cleaning and the quality of the work had deteriorated.
Pros: Former owners
Cons: New owner's customer service
