Okay, first off.. I have been looking for a place to tan for awhile that was reasonably priced. They have this deal where it's like $55 for two months unlimited, and that was the cheapest in town. So I went with it. ANYWAYS, multiple times I've gone in there and felt like a bother to the employees. They're super cliquey and gossip constantly! There are even times that they're too busy talking to other customers or employees to check in clients. They also eat food in front of clients at their front desk which I find gross. Their floors need swept VERY badly, especially in the tanning bed rooms. There are six beds. 2 upstairs and 4 downstairs. The beds upstairs are the best, the ones downstairs are outdated and janky! MULTIPLE times I've been sent into unclean beds and had to clean them MYSELF!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! Even one time I was sent into a bed DIRECTLY (within SECONDS) of another client coming out without the bed being cleaned. I then asked if they were going to clean it and they responded with ""see, they cleaned it"" because the plastic sign that said 'this bed has been sanitized' was on the bed. How reliable. I am at the point where I clean the beds every time I go in them now. But today I'd had enough. There were 2 girls working at the desk, one on the phone and one taking customers. I was again sent into an an unclean bed. The bed was a sweaty mess, the floors were caked in dust, and a dirty towel was thrown on a bedside table. ALSO NOT TO MENTION I've gotten bad reactions from their tanning beds not being cleaned because of previous customers using lotions that cause skin irritation for other customers! it's really not hard to clean a damn tanning bed. They have enough pretty little ladies working there to do that job a few times over, I don't care how busy they get. I'm calling the health department on them within the next week, and I may demand a refund.. since the mayor owns the salon.
