I was in the market for an upgrade of my current vehicle. I was researching Mercedes Benz E350 08 models. I was looking at the models online and came across a white one. I checked a week later and it was gone :(. I happened to be shopping in the area about a month later. My wife said lets go see them just to see what they have to offer. I met Dave there and he asked what I was looking for. I said just curious on what models they had available. He asked me if I knew about the car. My wife said; Oh what doesn't he know about it. He left and came back with the keys to a model. He said sit in it and let me know what you think. He left and came back later. I sat and played with the buttons ( Come on. Who doesn't do that?) and my wife and I both took turns sitting in the driver's seat to get a feel for the car. Dave came back and said start it up and let's go. We drove around and came back. Long story short. I now have a white 08 E350 in my driveway. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, effort and attention without the IMMENSE sales pressure that can sometimes happen at any dealership. If your in the area, ask for Dave and he will definitely take care of you more

This is my first review of a local business. I have had 3 seperate and all very negative experiences with this business and I feel compled to warn others in the area of this business. My first complaint with this busineess is when i had brakes put on my car. I was quoted 200$ by the mechanic for the job and was billed $625!!! Thats outrageous! I live and learn and I will never take my car there to be repaired again. My next experience is when I was in the market for a new car. I am a young and successful restuaraunt manager that has been living in the area for 4 years. i decided to buy a mid-price sports car to replace my SUV (an oldsmobile bravada that had $625 brakes on it). When i approached this bussiness to trade in my vehicle for an Infiniti G35, they not only underquoted the value of my SUV by $4000, but the salesman made me feel like I was a joke to him. I felt that he felt I couldnt afford the car I was trying to purchase and he did not take me seriously. Needless to say, I didnt buy my G35 from them, I bought it somewhere else for significantly less money ($6000 less for the same make, modle and year with less milage). My third and final horrible experience with them is when I went there for an appraisal on my vehicle for tax purposes. I brought my car there becasue I knew they would underappraise it. I did this in an attempt to lower the price of my property tax. I was correct in my assumption, once again $5000 less than the actual trade in value. However they refused to give me a copy of the appraisal, which I needed to prove the value of my car. I left the dealership 1 hour later, emptyhanded. Several days later, I called them back to speak with someone in charge who blew my complaint off. I will never set foot on that dealers property again. With such horendus prices, both on their service and their vehicles coupled with their dealers indifference and agrrogance it is hard to believe they can stay in business. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
