The traffic conditions in Los Angeles are unpredictable, therefore, we cannot guarantee what time you will arrive at your destination. However, based on our experience, we will gladly suggest a pickup time that should get you to your destination within the required timeframe. The drivers are not professionally trained. There is no guarantee that they will get you to your location on time, on their site it says "on time guaranteed" and even though it says that, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF THIS HAPPENS. On the return trip our driver was falling asleep and drifting into other lanes. Please trust me, dont hire this company. Pros: null Cons: null more
