Great company, friendly knowledgeable employees 1/16/2010

This company was contacted after another plumbing company could not figure out how to unstop our kitchen sink. The plumbers that arrives were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done in a very timely manner, even though the weather conditions made their job uncomfortable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! Pros: Got the job done quickly more

call only if you want to be yelled at and hung up on 8/18/2008

I called this company to ask about help on a repair that was done over a year ago. Mind you, we've been calling for over a year asking for help. The phone rep hung up on me after berating me for waiting a year to call. It didnt matter that I told him we had been calling during the year in question. He hung up on me. Nice, huh? more
