this store is soooo great. it is located in the heart of downtown provo, and if you don't know anything about fashion or looking good in clothes, this is the place you want to go to. the owners and employees are super stylish, and they know their stuff. it helps that the boutique is really small and locally owned, and the owners are really involved with their store. i bought some jeans there that needed to be hemmed, and they even recommended me to a place that did stuff for their store for super cheap. they have a great selection of guys and girls clothing, and their denim selection cannot be beat. more

Mode is seriously the best clothing shop in Happy Valley, if not the State. Their small shop atmosphere and amazing selection of clothes- the best selection of Nudies in the state- make them my favorite place to shop for sure. It seems silly that the other reviewer had such a bad experience, or so it seems. I've never had any problems there, and have always been really satisfied with the service and the products. I have tons of friends that shop at Mode- and I have never heard anything negative about them- both in service and the quality of the lines they carry. It is places like this that make Provo worth staying in. I would highly recommend shopping at mode- they always have the coolest stuff- and really seem to take care of their customers. more

Nice selection of clothing, especially Nudie and APC jeans. But this is outweighed by shoddy customer service. I went and bought a pair of Nudie Jeans, the girl that was working was a little too pushy. The really bad service came when I was charged $5 for shipping, when their website had claimed shipping was free. Then the Jeans arrived over a week after I was told they would be arriving, and to compensate for this one of the owners refunded my $5 and promised a free ""gift"". Turns out the Gift was a 1oz, more than half ALREADY USED small tube of shaving cream. On top of this I was informed that I would be called when my jeans were done being tailored and were about to be sent. I never received a phone call, had to send e-mails to even get ahold of the manager and received a poor almost worthless ""gift"" as compensation for my jeans being over a week late. Extremely disappointed, especially with the ""gift"" being something that was probably going to be thrown away. Awesome selection of jeans, but yet again totally outweighed by some of the worst customer service I have had to deal with. What's the point of running a small locally owned boutique when you can't keep customers happy?\r \r Pros: Great Selection of Jeans, can't get Nudies as nice as these anywhere else in Utah. Mode Boutique in Downtown Provo is a must see for the cutting-edge, fashionable shoppers. They have an amazing selection of jeans from up and coming clothing companies like NUDIE, JAMES JEANS, and CHEAP MONDAY. They've got very classy coats from SPIEWAK that are very moderately prices. Oh, and you've gotta check out the T-SHIRT bar, where you choose an AMERICAN APPAREL shirt and BANG-ON transfer design, and they make it right in front of you. It's so cool! Pros: Only place in Provo to find many of the new cutting edge brands. Cons: I wish there was more to look at and buy! more
