My first appointment with Dr. Mock was on May 30th at 9:00 for a cleaning, x-rays, and check-up. At that point Dr Mock informed me of some work that needed to be done but was going to take a conservative approach to the repairs. I was to come back a week later to begin work. I came back on June 6th to begin the work, and to my utter shock and surprise I had been handed over to another dentist that had previously been retired. First, I was not informed that I would not be seeing Dr. Mock, and second I did not want anyone else other than Dr. Mock. I was already in the chair before I knew that I was going to be seen by this old dentist. He walked in the room and looked at my mouth and my xrays and started saying all of the things that needed to be done and honestly it was like he said ""Crown on number 6 - cha-ching!, Root Canal and Crown on number 18 - cha-ching! Root Canal and Crown on number 19 - cha-ching!, invisiline braces - cha-ching!"" He went on and on and on. I was as mad as a hornet and got out of the chair and left. I felt like a cash cow. Later I found that they had billed my insurance company for this a check-up. I would NOT recommend this practice since they do not inform you that your next appointment will be with a very old person performing intricate work. Just unblieveable. They also did not reply back to me my emails about what had taken place. There must be a million dentists in this area - don't go to this one.\r
Pros: My experience with the hygienist was fine but...
Cons: when it was time for major work they pushed me off to an old retired dentist.
