I guess you can't say I eat sushi. Firstly I can't eat seaweed so I have to get soy paper and secondly I get the veggie rolls. On that note so far in the Springs MOBO is the most accommodating sushi place for me. They use soy paper instead of seaweed (for only $1 extra) and their veggie rolls are amazing. Good prices and they are very nice and fast! So if you are like me and have to have very modified sushi this is the spot! more

MOBO's: Best Sushi in the Springs! 9/9/2008

The sushi was excellent and the service was fast and friendly at Mobo's. The restaurant is very quaint, comfortable and clean. This small, family owned restuarant is now our favorite sushi source in the Springs! more

Best Sushi in Colorado 3/5/2008

Don't let the strip mall location fool you, this sushi is top notch in terms of quality and freshness. They have several innovative rolls and the sashimi is top grade stuff. We love this place! more

Best Sushi in Colorado Springs 4/26/2007

This is the best Sushi in Colorado Springs. Possibly in Colorado. It may not be the most inexpensive, but I don't think sushi is something to save a couple of dollars on. I lived within a mile of the restaurant for a couple of months before I ever knew it was there. It is sort of tucked away but once I went I was hooked. I won't eat sushi anywhere else in town. Pros: Best Sushi in Colorado Springs Cons: Hard to find unless you know where it is. You could easily miss it otherwise. more
