I toook my Mom who has Parkinsons disease to the mobility store on Greensprings highway so that we could purchase a lightweight wheelchair. We were the only customers yet none of the sales people were willing to help select the proper chair. We started trying a few out when after deciding on one one I called to a sales person named Norma that we had made a decision. She told us the price was 300.00 I agree mentioning that medicare would pay but I needed to know what paperwork was required. She told me it would be better to pay upfront and get a reimbursment from medicare. I decided to wait, after speaking with Moms neurologist he said never expect medicare to reimbuse, the paperwork is done first. He gave me a perscription and I returned to the mobility store. Another sales person told me that none of the chairs were for sale, only lease and my out of pocket would be 120.00, medicare only pays 80 percent. I told her that wasn't what I was told before, and mentioned the price was lower,
