Mobility Central

I am a T12 paraplegic. I am paralyzed from the waist down. I have to use a wheelchair and need for it to work ! I have used Mobility Central on several occasions and have always had great service. They are always professional and genuinely concerned about my needs. more

I was in Mobility Centrals store on 2 occasions and I find it hard to believe the review written by Mary C. I was helped by the salesperson named Norma and the help I received was professionaland thorough. I waited while she helped another customer and Itseemed to me she new what she was talking about. I think MobilityCentral should be proud of their employee's. more

I toook my Mom who has Parkinsons disease to the mobility store on Greensprings highway so that we could purchase a lightweight wheelchair. We were the only customers yet none of the sales people were willing to help select the proper chair. We started trying a few out when after deciding on one one I called to a sales person named Norma that we had made a decision. She told us the price was 300.00 I agree mentioning that medicare would pay but I needed to know what paperwork was required. She told me it would be better to pay upfront and get a reimbursment from medicare. I decided to wait, after speaking with Moms neurologist he said never expect medicare to reimbuse, the paperwork is done first. He gave me a perscription and I returned to the mobility store. Another sales person told me that none of the chairs were for sale, only lease and my out of pocket would be 120.00, medicare only pays 80 percent.
