I had a horrible time here. My car was having problems starting. They could not find anything wrong but wanted to charge me for a diagnostic fee(no problem paying) and 2 hours worth of labour!!!!. They told me they could find nothing but wanted to charge labour. The mechanic is mobile (off site alot) as the name states so you never know when they will be in the shop to look at the car. They offered to look at it again, but would charge me again!!! When I went to pay I had to drive my car off the ramp lifts they had it on which was very dangerous. Driving home my hood flew up as they did not latch it shut!!! To beat it all they charged my credit card twice. When I complained they were not at all friendly about it. When i tried to call back I would often have to leave a message as they turn their phone off. I would have rather went to the dealer and paid for jacked up parts than to have gone here and give them my money and still have a car problems.
Pros: you can drop your car off and they dont charge you for storage
Cons: POOR customer service~ Poor service
