Disappointed from the start, especially with the ""first line"" -the operators who continually put my calls on hold and forgot about me. The office staff was indifferent every time I called to get questions answered or to schedule service. On the day of installation, the crew was two hours late, and the driver called to tell me he was lost and where do I live? This house is less than one mile from their headquarters (from Erie Ave to Marburg is just around the corner) and they couldn't find me! I was incredulous. When crew arrived, the chief asked me where it was supposed to go and how was he to install it!? That decision was supposed to be made by the estimator (Tino Pucci) who came here 3 weeks ago, but no, they didn't get that information. So he decided on the fly to do it differently than what I was told. I'd disconnected the washing machine and moved it ahead of time, and this installer puts the radon system somewhere completely different. Poor communication between staff! When it was all over, he brusquely says ""You unplug in two days, leave on front porch, now you write me check."" It should also be mentioned they left a wet muddy mess with broken concrete bits all over the floor, and didn't clean it up. Thanks for leaving that.
And in the end, it's always a pleasure to do business with people who excel at good communication and customer service. Ha! Not recommended, but if you're selling a house, you're pretty much screwed and have to choose one of these rackets.
Pros: Close to home, but they got lost anyway
Cons: Poor communication, literally and figuratively
