We talked to Steve several months ago about getting the storm doors fixed on my house. Finally signed on in mid-September and the doors arrived by the end of the month. Wrong size. We bought this home 'as is' from our mobile home park, but apparently no one remembered to tell us that all of the doors in the house are 82"" high, not 80"". The Mobile Maintenance crew then special-ordered the right size doors; they arrived before the end of October, after the same guy who sold us the house decided to start complaining that nothing was happening (!). Steve bore that with good grace. Great job and I am happy. more

Very rude. They quote you one price and then charge you more. If you ask them to explain the additional cost they will get husky and act like you are trying to rip them off. more

Will quote you a reasonable price and then charge you 40% more when the work is done. His van is a mess and packed with junk, but he will tell you he doesn't have the parts he needs to do the job you called him for. If you ask him to explain why it costs more he will get an attitude and not give you a reasonable answer. Look at his past reviews first. You will notice the only people that recommend him are the ones not paying out of pocket. more

Wonderful Work!!!!!! Wonderful Workers!!!!! 1/22/2012

We recently had water damage to a master bedroom due to a leaking water heater. We immediately called Mobile Maintenance. Steve came right out and assessed the situation; got a crew out to start removing the carpet, floor boards, water heater, parts of damaged walls. Ted handled the insurance claim,while working sideby side with the crew doing the removal work and completely redoing the bedroom. more

Lifesavers!!!! 11/22/2011

I met Steve after we had a fire in our home. He came over promptly, handled the insurance company and the claim completely, put our house back together better than it was before. Steve made the process as painless as it could be. They repaired the outside wall and window. They even matched my siding! The inside walls and flooring look better than ever. Steve is better than Martha Stewart in picking colors to help a room look the best is can be. They also took care of the soot and smoke odor in the air conditioning system. more

Steve and his crew are the best in the business. I have called them to come out and work on my home several times over the last 15 YEARS and ALWAYS they have been on time and professional. Noel is the best for any carpentry work-- his countertops are amazing! Sherry is a real go to gal! I would have Ted or Steve back again. I am glad they are always just a phone call away. I can't believe any of the negative reviews-- those just dont sound like Steve. He really cares. Mobile Maintenance is the company to call if you need any work on your mobile home! more

I have had numerous experiences and felt that living in a mobile home limited my choices as to who I could hire for home improvement. I have dealt with a few of Mobile maintenance's employees and the only one I felt I could trust was a hvac by the name of Ted. Other than that, estimates always ended up being way under what they said I owed them after a job. And they would try to tell my I needed something I didn't, when I would consult with another contractor. Look around,,, there are other companies out there like Aero or Master whom I have had better luck. Will not give them another dime of my money. more

Excellent Service 3/10/2011

I called them with an emergency and someone was here within 20 minutes. Ted knew exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. He did all the talking to my insurance company. He was at my house when he said he would be. Steve had 4 people working on my house and they were able to complete the restoration process in 3 days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I do believe that they even let my dog out when I was not there to do it. They also did some extras that I was not charged for. I will not hesitate to give them a call again when I need some work done. Thanks guys for being awesome! more

I had a plastic pipe break and he comes out to my mobile home and just starts working. I had no idea what he was doing out there, then he comes in with this BS story about what he had to do, and informs me that I owe him $375.00. I never approved any work to be done, he left insulation all over my yard, and the skirting off. I thought I better check the water turn off valve, and of course, that was left open and a mess. This guy is a scam artist, more

Stay away 7/21/2009

They were hired to do work on my home from Rolling Hills Mobile Home Park. I received several different conflicting answers to the problems. Phone calls were not returned, work was sloppy and then they said I owed them $300.00 after the park paid the bill. There are several people who come out and no two answers are the same. I had a 10:00 appointment and stayed home from work to meet with Steve the owner, he showed up at 1:00 P.M. I would never call them for anything. Cons: Very unprofessional more
