THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY NICE UNTIL YOU ADD THE PEOPLE IN THE SALON! THEY CAN BE VERY NICE TO THE CUSTOMERS BUT TRUST, ITS ALL A BIG FRONT! JOAN IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET. SHE TALKS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND STYLISTS BEHIND THERE BACKS! THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONSIDERING SHE IS THE "MASTER" STYLIST! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT SALON AND ENCOURAGE ALL THAT I KNOW NOT TOO EITHER! more
