FANTASTIC FOOD / BETTER PRICE 4/14/2009

My favorite is Lad Nah. They normally use a fish sauce so they made a special sauce for me (during non-peak hours) and granted my request for garlic. I asked for #3 spicey out of 4. It was a perfect bean sauce with Chinese broccoli. Perfection! All under $10 with tip. Pros: Willing to make VEGAN / VEGETARIAN dishes Cons: Busy during lunch time...That's okay though more

Best Thai food in Vegas 10/17/2008

Mix Zone Cafe is a hidden treasure for Thai food in Las Vegas. They have the best Tom Kha I have ever had anywhere. The staff and owners are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for some incredibly tasty food that is fairly inexpensive. Pros: Great, inexpensive food Cons: Wished they were closer to my house! more

Best Thai 9/18/2008

I've been going to Mix Zone twice a week for lunch for almost 6 months now. Every meal is delicious, served by friendly staff. The atmosphere is hip and cozy, with great music always playing. Pros: Great food, people, and atmosphere Cons: parking is a little tight during lunch hour, but spots quickly open up. more

Great Service, Good Value. 9/16/2008

I have been going to Mix Zone Cafe for the last 3 years. They have recently gone through a management change and I must say I am very impressed with the quality of service and the food. These days I choose to go at least twice a week. If you are looking for a nice lunch at a great price, this is the place for you. Pros: Good food and Service Cons: Sometimes a bit busy over lunch time... go 15 min early more

Mix Zone if awesome!! The food is great and the staff is so friendly. And the prices are great, we eat there at least once or twice a week for lunch. We can choose any place to eat and we always choose the Mix Zone! I have never found a restaurant that I have ever frequented so much. more

The BEST Thai food place in Vegas !!! : ) 9/11/2008

I totally recommend this place!!! This is a wonderfull and inexpensive Thai food place, with a calm collective scenery. They have a flat screen tv to watch the daily news, or cool music to relax to while you dine!!! The service is wonderfull and they have the best rice and fried chicken ever!!! You have the choice of having your food with a variety of hot sauces and its always a pleasurable experiance!!! Tjis happens to be one of my favorite resturants!! It is also a family friendly environment, so the kids can deffinently enjoy the experiance as well!! Try this place if you are looking for a more authenticated thai food resturant!! You wont be dissapointed!!! :) more

Best Thai food in Vegas 8/11/2008

Greetings and Namaste, The Mix Zone is a hidden treasure in the heart of Las Vegas. It's easy to find across from the Omelet House near Rancho and Charleston. I've tried several dishes to include Chicken Panang (my favorite) Dry Noodle (with beef and 3-star) Crispy Chicken and Pad Thai. I have never been disappointed with any of their food. I eat here almost everyday and my wife meets me here on Fridays. Try the Mix Zone...you won't be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot, try the chicken sate for an appetizers the peanut sauce is great. Really awesome food. I have celiac and have found several great gluten free dishes there. Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup with shrimp are 2 of my favorites. I always let my server know about my allergy and the cook will wash out the wok for me and make sure everything is clean. If Dan is there he might be able to make you other gluten free dishes as well. My son loves the beef soup and the crispy chicken. My daughter is a celiac also so we eat mostly the same dishes. Great food, great prices, we eat there quite a bit. Much healther than fast food. Pros: ambience, music is the bomb! more

GREAT food, good price, BAD service. 7/8/2008

Food is phenominal, but I recommend take-out or pick-up, you have to chase a server down for everything... silver wear, napkins, refills, and they serve the people at the table at separate times. It's really bad service. It's just a cafe so I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, but how about just napkins and silverwear on the table WHEN the food comes. I don't think that's asking too much..... but food is amazing. TAKE-OUT, TAKE-OUT, TAKE-OUT. Pros: Food, Price, Atmosphere reminds of a NYC cafe Cons: Service...bad, bad, bad more
