OMG! I COME HERE ALL THE TIME AND I JUST LOVE IT. THE FOOD IS GREAT, THE SHOPPING IS AWESOME! THEY ALSO HAVE SPECIAL EVENTS EVERY MONTH.. I COME AND BUY ALL MY SPICES, GROCERIES AND ORDER SUSHI FROM THE BACK. ITS ALWAYS FRESH WHEN I HAD IT. ITS LOCATED IN NEW JERSEY AND I LIVE IN NYC.. ITS A FEW MINUTES OUTSIDE OF THE LINCOLN TUNNEL BUT ITS WORTH IT. more

Not bad but not good 2/16/2010

This place would be a better place for Japanese who are living far from Japan for such a long time and for non-Japanese. Pros : they sell the very thin sliced meat that Japanese love. Cons : more expensive than Japanese supermarkets in Manhattan. Raw fish is usually not fresh. I shop there only when I can't find what I want at American or Korean supermarkets. Pros: Japanese stuff that American/Korean supermarkets do not sell Cons: Pricey and not fresh raw fish more
