Staff is very friendly and they serve a really good Italian Beef Sandwich. Our kids like coming here because of the free ice cream.

I'll be the first to admit that Grayslake was in desperate need of a good restaurant. I for one think that Mitch's was Grayslake's answer to a good family friendly restaurant. Mitch's opened their doors a little more than a year ago and the business is boomin! We go all the time and my kids love the place. They have a video game area and tv's everywhere with sports channels on. Basically it's a great place for kid's and sport fan's. Mitch's serves the usual gyros,italian beefs, burgers, Vienna hotdogs,salads and fantastic homemade soups. Children each get a free scoop of icecream with every paying adult. They have daily specials and are open 7 days a week. Great place! more
