Excellent Banquet Service 9/24/2007

I recently held a surprise birthday party at Mitchell's. Everything was wonderful. They have a beautiful banquet room. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We had about 75 people for buffet dinner. The party went really well. Many people at our party said what a great time they had and complimented Mitchell's. The Banquet Manager was great to work with right from the first time that I called to inquire about their facilities. I will definately have parties there in the future. Good food and good folks! 8/30/2007

Mitchell?s has been in business for over 100 years for very good reason. The atmosphere is friendly and the food is fresh and tasty (as evidenced by the large lunch crowds.) Portions of all menu items are generous, but the burgers and sandwiches are almost colossal! And prices are oh so reasonable. To go along with the superior food, the bartenders and service staff are some of the best in the City. AND, the entire second floor is set aside as a non-smoking section for those who so choose. Pros: Large portions at good prices, and a friendly crowd! Cons: Kitchen closes at 7:00 p.m. weekdays. more
