Don't ever cancel an appointment. Even if you cance a month in advance, it will take you 6 mos. to get another and they don't seem to care! I don't know whose fault this is.

WONDERFUL 12/29/2007

Melody is AMAZING! I have gone to her since I got my first tooth. Now, I am 20 and still going every 6 months. I've never had appointment problems. I always receive reminders. I never have to wait more than about 5 minutes when I go for my check ups. I've also had her partner a couple of times, and she is absolutely wonderful too. No complaints at all. more
