I went in to look for a Camero. The only one on the lot was white, which I did not want. Billy got busy and found a red one with black stripes at another lot you trade with. It sounded perfect. He set it in motion right away. He was able to get me financed, and take my Tahoe, set me up for the following Monday delivery and I was signing papers soon after. I love Benny Boyd and tell everyone that that dealership is where I purchased my last two vehicles and will never go anywhere else. more

It was good just very high pressure and rushed. When a customer is at work and they inform you that being on the phone compromises their job then don't get annoyed and act like you are just doing them a favor by trying to sell them a vehicle. Customers work for their money and are not required to let you sell them a car. I'm sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear but you wanted an honest opinion. more

Service rep had scheduled my Corvette the prior week and was right on time when I arrived. I was in and our in less than an hour. Your customer relations Mgr (lisa) aldo came by. Very Personable. I dont get this kind of service in Midland on my other vehicles--Great Job! more

I started a search for my son to update his vehicle, but based on the professionalism of Benny Boyd Chevrolet I started researching the 'what if' criteria for replacing my own vehicle for a new Chevy Truck. Then based upon fair pricing and overall value of the new 2014 Chevy's I determined that it was worth my time and money to purchase new for myself. But I will most definitely be monitoring the used vehicle lots for another Benny Boyd vehicle for my son.\r Thanks for making this a pleasant and easy car buying experience. more
