I don't know why this place has a bad review and especially promoting the store Bedazzled so much, I went to Bedazzled and after being ignored for almost twenty minutes I decided to do a little more shopping around and went back to be met some very disrespectful associates that really didn't seem to know a whole lot about formal wear- so I went to Mr. Tuxedo after my friend had told me how nice it was there. their selection was way better and the woman that helped me was so nice and really knew her stuff. I really liked the way the store was set up too, it was so easy to end up finding the absolute PERFECT dress. more

I was talked to with such disrespect from the moment i walked into the store. I was glad to see it was not just myself. I watched the two older sales women talk the same way to a man who was there for his son. he walked out and suggested we go to Bedazzled because these two sales ladies were rude to him as well. After waiting 30 minutes I left with my son and his friend to go to Bedazzled. I expressed my frustrations with what I experienced at Mr. Tux and right behind me came another Mother with her son who had the same experience! I will never go there again! I think these two women should seek a position not working with the public. you almost ruined a special time for our teens but thankfully the professional staff @ Bedazzled took care of our kids and made their shopping a wonderful experience! more

The pants for the groom and his father were too big, the father had to pin his pants and the groom had to fold over his waist band. Their pants were way too long. The vests were too short. The shoes that the best man wore were split on the side. The tuxes came with ties instead of bowties.\r I spoke to the owner, Greg, on one occasion and he has failed to call me back regarding the issues surrounding the tuxes. I have left several messages for him to call me, but he has failed to return my calls. I have decided to take this situation to the next step.
