Cody was very helpful. He explained all my options and was very thorough. By the end of his visit I was happy that he found the problem and was able to make the necessary repairs all in one visit. I will use Mister Sparky again and would recommend then to my friends! If I had one suggestion it would be to include the service call in the price of the repairs instead of an extra charge! more

Excellent, prompt service 6/11/2016

Cody is the electrician who came to my house in the afternoon after a morning phone call to Mister Sparky for diagnostic help. He explained pricing well and soon found the wiring problem. Then he did various other diagnostics and suggested but did not push a couple of other improvements to the electrical system for personal and equipment safety. more

Marco was a great Tech. Explained everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work. He replaced all furniture that had to me moved and cleaned up afterwards. Mister Sparky is now the electric company I will turn to in the Fort Worth area. more

Fantastic Service 2/9/2016

I had partial loss of service in my house. I called Mister Sparky and they arrived even faster than they promised. Marcos was very friendly and professional. He made a point of explaining everything he did and he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it with very little interruption of my life. He further completed an evaluation and explained in detail how I could avoid further problems in the future. He even provide several options of what I could do to improve the electrical performance. He made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done and I will definitely call his company if and when I need further assistance. more

Arrived timely. Answered all my question knowledgeably. Solved my immediate problem with a switch and foot heater in bathroom and repaired promptly. Also performed recommendations to main service panel from a previous visit to my complete satisfaction. I regard this service call performance as EXCELLENT.. more

We asked for an inspection of the electrical system in the new home we have purchased. It is 1975 construction. Both the customer service rep who set up the appointment and the service technician who came to our house were helpful and friendly. The service rep, Lance, was very thorough and provided detailed information and recommendations. We appreciate the great service and would recommend Mr. Sparky to friends. more

Mister Sparky...most reliable service. Our engineer - Valerie Stephens - was brilliant. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very proactive in helping us resolve matters. She was extremely positive, and had excellent customer service skills. more
