Jake C of Mister Sparky was detailed from services provided to the breakdown of the cost with discount for electrical outlet in reference to Frontier Land Line Box. He installed new coil for water heater also. I am thinking about his recommendation to install surge protection box. I may decide to have Jake C. to come back in Sept. to install box. I DON'T KNOW WHY I APPROVED A COST OF $500+ FOR FIXING THREE SIMPLE LIGHTING FIXTURES. THIS SENIOR HAS BEEN SCAMMED. NOT TOO LONG AGO i SENT IN YOUR SURVEY SAYING THE SAME THINGS I'M SAYING HERE. THE REST OF THE VISIT WAS TELLING ME TO GET A $3000 CONTROL PANEL. more

We were having electrical issues at our newest store. Everyone at Mr. Sparky was helpful, from the person I made the appointment with, to the follow ups after service was complete. The electrician Derek was incredible! He was prompt, professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He was also friendly while fixing the issues. I will only use your company for any future issues and highly recommend your services to anyone in need!! more

They did a great job, working through a rain storm, to get the job done. I think it took them a little longer than even they thought it would, but the stuck it out and labeled the panel, even though I don't understand their labeling system. Everything is working and we are now getting only one bill a month. I wish they could have lowered the monthly bill, but I know they were only rewiring the electrical box. Thanks for such good work. more
