We were having our central air conditioning unit replaced due to the previous unit's unexpected death when the technician told us about Mr. Sparky. Our previous electrician gave us a quote and then left us high and dry, but within an hour Dustan appeared and offered us multiple quotes on multiple jobs. Due to the AC work we were doing, we decided to only do one at this time and due to a cancellation, Dustan said he could do the work today! He rewired some badly wired lights in our home and then installed our ceiling fan in such a short time I could not believe he had done it. He was amazingly fast and did incredible work and left everything just as he had found it. The poor guy had to crawl into an attic space to complete the wiring job, but never was anything less than friendly and professional. When the dust settles from the unexpected AC replacement, we are planning on having Mr. Sparky and Dustan back to do the other work we got quotes on. What an amazing pleasure to have someone who did fast, fantastic work appear on such short notice. My wife and I both enjoyed meeting Dustan, he is a thoroughly professional, intelligent and courteous young man and we can't wait to have him come back and finish the other projects that we need done around our house. We highly recommend him and Mr. Sparky and will be only too happy and anxious to tell our neighbors about our fantastic experience both with Mr. Sparky and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.
