Jesse was very personable and professional, and he was right on time. He efficiently and thoroughly checked out our home's electrical service, both inside and out. His recommendations seemed very appropriate, yet he was not at all pushy in trying to sell us on Mr. Sparky providing the products or labor, although that is an option. more

Updating to GFCI's and replacing "expired" or missing smoke or CO detectors 12/1/2016

The electrician arrived on time. We walked through the house to determine what needed to be done. The work was done professionally, quickly, and he cleaned up as he went as well as wearing shoe covers. Brandon did an excellent, I learned a lot, and I would welcome him for any electrical work. more

Oue Mr Sparky appointment on 8/19/2016 was nothing short of EXCELLENT. All of our issues were addressed cheerfully and with extreme professional EXCELLENCE. Excellent job, explained everything, respectful. Changed my smoke/co2 batteries. But by next day batteries were low and had to be changed by me 4 out of 6. Need to check their batteries. more

Well done with the work and service. He was quick and knowledgeable, giving me a handful of options for each of my problems. I had outlets added on a home built in the 50s and he knew exactly what to do and where it wasn't up to code. Rated 4 stars because he used our broom instead of his own (wouldn't the company provide that??) to clean up the mess from the Sheetrock, and tracked it other places in the kitchen. I've seen foot covers on other electricians and plumbers, so that would have helped. Overall, I'm satisfied. I would ask for his service again. more

Jason was extremely polite and professional. Completed the inspection and went over his findings with me so I understood everything. We had one problem that he had to go get a part for but he ran and did that right away and came back and fixed it with no other issues. He was great to work with! more
