They profess to be willing and able to repair a windshield but when they arrived, ""suddenly"" I needed a new windshield. They said my single rock ding that is slightly, slightly larger than a quarter had compromised the structural integity of my windshield and that with an airbag in my car that I was placing myself at risk by not replacing the entire windshield. Then they proceeded to 'bad mouth' other repair shops that they said would repair this small ding. So I made some calls...other shops, my dealership, a car repair freind of mine, etc. and I got the same information from all of them - no need to replace this windshield, just a waste of money. So, save yourself ALL this work, skip this 'scam' and just go somewhere else to get your windshield repaired.
Pros: Sounds like good customer service, but....
Cons: They only want to sell you a new windshield $$$
