Mister Collision repaired my Corvette. They replaced every damaged part on the car to make sure it kept it's value and they were very attentive and very fast. It was a good experience, didn't take much effort, and I was happy. more

My experience with Mister Collision Inc. was great! I have no regrets about using them. The service was excellent and it's a "so far, so good" as far as the repairs go. Someone had run into the side of the car while it was parked. They side swept it, so all of that side had to have repairs done or be replaced. Everything is working pretty good now. They were nice; they really were wonderful. If you're considering Mister Collision Inc., go for it. You'll like it! more

Mister Collision Inc. communicated with me very effectively and left my car in pristine condition. The whole experience was just positive, which is not always easy to say when you have an accident. That was my very first time going there. They were recommended to me by friend who had also had such a positive experience with them. This was the best service I have ever received for a car repair--period. They were gracious, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had a bumper break on my 2012 Toyota Camry. Mister Collision Inc. got it fixed, but the trunk still looks like it's open. When you stand from a distance it looks like there's a gap there. I made several complaints they said they can't really do anything to it. They said that's the way it's supposed to look, and I know that's not the way it's supposed to look. I had gone to Mister Collision Inc. before through a friend. In the first instance, I thought they did a good job. That's why i went back. This time around I'm not satisfied. If I come out to Dallas again, I will probably talk to the owner. He can tell that it's not fixed well. RESPONSE FROM Mister Collision Inc: Dear Nana, Im so sorry that the repairs have not satisfied your expectations this time. but from the beginning day of the repairs we notified you that because of the prior damages on your car the insurance company only approved the used parts and most of the times there are some cosmetic issues with those parts.and on top of that the prior poor repairs done by some other shop on the car didnt make the process of repairs easy .but still to prove our good intention to you after you called us about your concerns we worked twise on the same issue to make sure you are happy and still as I spoke to you earlier I scheduled you for Monday to come and let us see if we can figure out how to make that cosmetic issue look better for you. thank you Nancy more

I have a Mini Cooper and it's my baby. When my son crashed it I didn't ask him how he was I just cried. I could tell that he was fine I was just concerned about my car. I was mad he drove it and brought it back crunched. The back wheel was completely sideways--not the way a wheel should be up and down. After it was crashed they had to wait for insurance to find the other guy before I could fix the car. They found that it was 90 his fault and 10 my son's fault, so I could take the car pretty much anywhere I wanted to. I had gone to another place before when my car had just a little dent in the hood and it took almost three weeks to fix that one dent. So I didn't want to go there again. I did a lot of web research and saw that the Mini Cooper place actually had terrible reviews for their collision department. So I didn't take it there. I wanted it to be perfect. When I found Mister Collision I was very excited. Even though it's a much further drive from my house, I decided on them. The website said they had experience with Mini Coopers and all the reviews were good. I took my car in and I think it took about two and a half to three weeks because the insurance people had to come out several times, so we had to wait for that, and the fourth of July holiday weekend was in there. The car had a lot of damage. The side air bag curtains had deployed and the back air bag deployed. So not only was there exterior damage, the interior was damaged too. They did a great job fixing it all. It looks amazing and it didn't take too long either. Out of all of that there was just one tiny thing that was wrong. The car has two sunroofs and one of the trim pieces was put on backwards. I took it back in and it took five minutes to fix. They knew exactly what the problem was. It was great. I was really happy. The people were really friendly and knew what they were doing. Once I took the car in, there was nothing I really had to do. They did all the insurance work and everything. more

This was my first time going there. They fixed my car on time, they were fast, and it looks great. more

Mister Collision Inc is perfect! I went there twice. The first time someone hit my car and ran. I've had accidents before and know how long it takes. But they took my car and finished it in 2 or 3 days max. It was very fast! I didn't have to rent a car. They even did some extra work on my car for free. They are very nice and friendly. If they have a problem they call me. Their prices are very good and reasonable. The second time I was in an accident I took my car there and they told me it was totaled. more

I have known my mechanic at Mister Collision for 20 years and have taken all of my cars to them. He does a very good job, he is one of the best mechanics, and he can do repairs to maintenance. The work is reliable and I feel comfortable there. more

I wanted my car to be fixed instead of totaled out, luckily he was honest and could fix it. They were able to get me in quickly, so I appreciated that. It was easy to drop it off, it was in a good location. They have great customer service. It took them a while to fix it but they did a good job. They used real Mercedes parts. They let me go in and get some stuff out of my car that I forgot after they started working. They cleaned it up after. It was a very good experience. more

They did a really good job. They were timely, and exceeded our expectations with the repair. They even cleaned the interior of the car after the repair, and gave it an overall detail, which was a nice touch. The only thing I didn't like was that they were a little far from us, but there's nothing they could do about that. Overall they did a good job. more

What happened was, there was a big hail storm through here, and I was in a car accident. I called Mister Collision and brought my car in, but their schedule was crazy at the time. They are big on customer service, so they took the car in, kept their word, and did the work on time. They understood and solved issues and worked well with me. Bottom line: they delivered at a time when business was crazy. My car had been hit by another from the back, and it was unfortunate timing, but they made sure the car was done in a timely manner. more

Well, I had been involved in a collision, of course, and the other driver's insurance company recommended three shops for me to work with, and mine also recommended three shops here in the Dallas area. I looked online, and none of them had any positive customer feedback that I could find. So I looked on my own, and Mister Collision was the only one that had consistent positive feedback. Everything I read proved to be absolutely true. They were done on time, they kept in touch, they dealt with my insurance, and they came and picked up my vehicle for me. When I came to pick up the keys, I saw that it had been detailed too. It couldn't have been easier. It was by far the easiest experience I've had with any auto repair service. I even called both my and the other driver's insurance companies to refer future business to Mister Collision. Seriously, and I told the owner this, I can't say enough nice things about this business. more

I never hope that I have to go to Mister Collision Inc., but if I have to have repair work, that's exactly where I go. I have been very, very happy with them. Aldo, who owns the shop, is great. Sometimes you have to just reign him in, because he is such a perfectionist. Each time I've been there it has been congenial and I highly recommend them. more
