the name changed to firehouse car wash and detail but it got even worse then before i went in there to get the birthday free car wash and i had to pay when they said that you get a free car wash on your birthday and when i ask the manger on duty he was too busy to talk to me i suggest to anyone take you car some were else to get it clean cause they don't and also stuff came up missing out of my car And to let you know something this company firehouse car wash and detail i tried to contact them but i supervisor hung up the phone but i talk to one of the supervisor and he told me that the company throws away complaints after there are written up more

Overpriced and terrible service 5/26/2010

The name has changed to Firehouse Car Wash and Detail. But the service is just as bad as before.\r I had been to Bischoff's and swore I would never go again. But with the name change I thought the service would improve... I was wrong.\r My car was in at 10:00 in the morning and at 7:30 that night I was still waiting for it to be done.\r It was finished at about 8:00 ten hours after I took it in and then I had to return the next day because of spots and dirt on the carpet as well as dirty leather seats.\r Do yourself a favor and go someplace else if you want good service and a quality job Pros: no pros Cons: terrible service more

Best Car Wash Ever 5/7/2008

I had my car cleaned there. The staff was friendly and they did an excellent job. The exterior was very clean. I don't know what the first reviewer was smoking, but they did a very nice job on the interior as well. I was very pleased. From 1-10 I would give it a 10. Pros: Good all around. Cons: NO cons whatsoever. more

DANGER-Careless Interior Cleaners 7/27/2007

Fine for cleaning the outside of the car, but they cleaned my mats on a greasy floor, which made them dirtier, then got the grease on the seats and ceiling of the car when putting the mats back in. Upon complaint they washed my seats, but the grease stains are still faintly visible. DO NOT GO HERE FOR INTERIOR CLEANING! - July 2007 Pros: Exterior clean average Cons: Careless, grease everywhere! more
