I've been there a few times. The first time, they did a great job. More recently, the parts of the car that were supposed to be vacuumed and wiped down were still dirty when I got my car back. Worse, there was a scratch in my window that wasn't there when I turned the car over to the attendants. While the manager on duty did his best to help me get the issue of the scratch resolved, his assistant manager and the regional manager gave me the runaround and ultimately did nothing except waste my time. I'll just use the car wash at Dahl's down the road from now on. more

Great Interior Clean 4/1/2011

I have a lab puppy and she gets muddy and gets in the car with the leather seats. I didn't think the brown muddy marks would come off the light grey leather. I took my car here. I was in a hurry so I didn't pay the $39 for the leather wash (they said it would take 30 minutes). I did the regular wash, they took 15 minutes and made the car look like it was detailed! They got the leather clean, the little bits of dirt were out of the cup holders when they were done! I will go back many times to get my car cleaned! more
