This place is AMAZING!!!! All of the employees were efficient, professional, and kind! It had been a horrible day! My fiancé woke up puking in our tent in Moab. Not wanting him to have to spend the day sick in a tent in 100 degree heat, I went looking for a hotel for the day. Not one would open its doors to us before 2pm. So I started to drive to Salt Lake City. I figured I could get a hotel there and return to CA by going through Reno and Tahoe, This way at least he would be in air conditioning. Unfortunately, in my worry about my fiance, I forgot to walk my dog. Somewhere while driving through the Wasatch Mountains , she had diarrhea all over the backseat of the car. I stopped on the side of the road, cleaned it up the best I could and then drove my still sick fiancé to a hotel. I then went to work on cleaning g the car, but nothing I did got the ""poop"" smell out. Ugh,,, On the advice of the woman at the front desks of our hotel, I I bought the car in to The Firehouse Car Wash. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!!!! Each and every staff person was upbeat and respectful. I'm sure I looked frazzled by the day's events, but they didn't care. They were polite and professional, going so much as to give my dog water and a choice if biscuits while we waited for our car to be cleaned! When my car was returned, it was not only cleaned it to perfection, but they had gone above and beyond by taking the camping gear that was left in the car out, cleaning the floor and farthest back compartment, and putting everything back neatly! I had told them not to bother. That the poop hadn't gotten in there and there was just too much stuff to deal with. Yet, they didn't care! They cleaned and disinfected everything! Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!
