I actually can't rate their clothing because I haven't received my order yet but I will comment on their customer service. Often-times, people think that their words alone will be enough to convey politeness but a person's tone of voice can convey the exact opposite. I spoke on the phone with a representative of theirs about a shipping problem with my order and her voice was just thick with an attitude. In no way did I fault the company for the shipping problem but she seemed to be offended and perhaps thought that I was suggesting the problem was her fault. Her tone of voice just put me off completely. Their clothing looks great but customer service is a thumbs down. People need to learn how to be patient ESPECIALLY when dealing with customers. Won't be ordering from them again.
