Editorial review from Citysearch 8/14/2012

We have been taking our family dog, Weenie, to local vet office in Issaquah for close to ten years. Without mentioning long waits and less than enthusiastic staff conducting business as usual, we never felt our dog was getting the best care considering the cost that usually include multiple tests and X-rays, etc. more

Good vet for my pet 7/10/2008

I always hesitate when it comes to taking my cat to the vet. It seems that my experience has usually been with them guilting me into a bunch of tests that cost alot of money. Pros: Good prices Cons: Low tech more

DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY... 3/6/2008

Well first off I had taken all my animals here and two months ago I brought my male cat in to get nuetered and he was fine, about a week later I noticed he still had a testicle so I brought him in the doc admitted his fault and correced the procedure. Now again this morning I brought my female cat in to be spayed and got a ohone call an hour later and the doc said she died during surgery she had a weak heart and all this other stuff, she was fine, playful loving, the way cats are supposed to be never had any problems suspected. I can say this was a case of to much anethstetic, that made my cat die today. I loved her so much and this is an aweful thing to have happendto her. I do not recomend bringing your animal in to be fixed. In memory of my BELLY girl. WE LOVE YOU! more

Helping the community 10/30/2007

I used to work for Dr. Heo, and I just want everyone to know that this is the best place if you are low on funds. There are no fancy gimmicks or machines here, just straight medical care for your cats or dogs. The whole 2 years I worked there, we only lost 2 animals we were trying to save, and that was due to serious illness. It may not be the best looking place, or the most up to date, but he is doing the community a great service, and helping pet ownership to be more affordable. Also, to those of you who are religious, proceeds go to the Christian Veterinary Mission, which helps fund vets who teach third world countries and tribes how to take care of their animals, which are their livihood. Pros: Everything Cons: Basic care, no hospital more
