Have not for a second felt that I was being scammed. Went in today to redeem 1 of the 6 oil changes, staff took care of my car quickly. It was ready in an hour. I highly recommend going here for your car needs. You will not be disappointed! more

I came to Mission Tires to get 4 tires and an alignment on my Audi.\r \r Tires were cheaper then anyplace else (by at least $250 for the set of 4) and all the employees were friendly. The service was quick as well.\r \r No complaints. more

Quick, cheap, fast, communicative. We dropped off a set of four rims to have tires mounted after confirming via phone some specs on the tires we were looking at. Mark was more than helpful in sourcing the right tires and confirming that we'd get the right version for our race needs.\r \r Overnight shipping from the warehouse and less than an hour to install, all for an incredibly competitive price. The shop was tidy with some great cars inside to boot. Thanks! more

GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They saved my sanity last night - and many times before. \r \r After a month of being away, Car wouldn't start. Neighbor tried to jump it, Car wouldn't start. Called for Roadside assistance, got it to start but had no gas so it died. Got it to a gas station, Roadside assistance jumped it again. Drove for an hour, scared to turn it off. Finally turned it off, Car wouldn't lock. Manually tried locking, the locks would pop right back up. Freaked out because I can't leave my car unlocked in the mission ESPECIALLY overnight. Called for help. All Volvo places were closed. All Car places in the area were closed. Called Roadside, they would only help me UNLOCK my car, but could not understand the request to LOCK my car. Drove home PRAYING for a miracle. Tire pressure lights went on. I cried a little. Pulled into Mission Tires - which apparently as supposed to have closed at 6pm, and it was now around 8:30pm. Two guys were still in there, staying late to avoid traffic on their evening commute. Off the clock. They let me lock up my car, AND tested it (did I mention they were off work for over 2 hours and still helped me). Found the problem. And now are in the process of getting the parts/fixing it. Turns out... Nothing was wrong with my tires at all... It was like a freaky sign to turn into this tire place. Otherwise I would have never even thought to try going there. Talk about a mini miracle. Seriously give them your business. They totally saved my car and my sanity last night.\r \r I rate customer service about 100 stars. Not sure how expensive/cheap they are in comparison to other places, but in my book, an auto repair place that genuinely cares about the people in their community is as good as it gets! more

This place is pretty cool.\r \r They have fair rates for oil changes, and aIso got some brand new tires for a sweet deal! Mario is great and very helpful, he tries his best to get you a fair deal. He shows you the rates of different tires/services and you can choose with no pressure unlike other places.\r \r Overall my experience here was pretty good - so long as the services stays that way. The venue is pretty big considering its on Mission St. and theres lots of food and Safeway by there to kill some time. \r \r Ask for Mario and he can help you with what you need. Go on a weekday too! more

These guys are great. 45 min oil job, they have a great special so it's at an excellent rate, and I love the personal attention to their service. Lee-Ann is a super star and the guys do their best to keep up. more

I got an awesome deal on tires here. And i couldnt get any happier with my purchase. The staff were really helpful, they even helped me reset my maintenance light for free and showed me how to do it. I would definetly get my tire service here more

I talked to the Manager Leann and just plainly gave me facts & options I have, which I appreciate as it was very transparent- No Suprises! Anyway, I told her I am just visiting and I don't have enough cash and she said if Alignment is not necessary we won't charge you or if it does, we'll give you courtesy discounts if necessary. So they checked, alignment is fine and they took it off my bill. For a guy like me just visiting not knowing who to trust, I felt taken cared of. No pressure nor pushing. I chose to change 4 tires, the deal is great. I ddnt have to pay alignment - pretty good experience, will def come back and refer friends and family to Mission Tires should I decide to move to Norcal more

I plan on going back to Mission Tires for all my service needs as well. more

They stayed after their normal hours to get my tires installed, we have some great conversations while waiting, i was having a lot of fun, i did not want to leave. more

I had some issues with a noisy transmission after going in for an oil change and they fixed the problem when I brought it back in (loose bolt) for no extra charge. more

They're excellent there ! I love it ! I'm so happy I found the place! They don't try to upsell you on anything you don't need and they're just all around cool! If you're doing an oil change they do everything else your car needs and they try their best to get you out as soon as possible.\r \r The only down fall is (dunnn dunnn dunnnnnn) is that there is a long wait time sometimes because so many people go there. Everyone is so sweet though so they'll keep you entertained\r \r Kim & LeAnne are sweet hearts ! Oh and I never feel pressured to buy tires which I need really bad! more

Seriously.. 80 dollors for 6 oil change !! That's like 13 dollars for each oil change. I think this is great deal . more

Mario is unbelievable! I came into Mission tires frantic early on a Saturday morning with personal and car troubles. My tires were effed from SF living and I had to be in two places at once. I won't get into the specifics of the personal problem-BUT he had me covered on both fronts and at prices that worked for me! more

I started taking my van to Mission Tires, Brakes, and Service last month I don't know this place I just saw this shop when I am driving around San Francisco and I have a problem with my service so I decided to just stop by and check this shop. I felt so welcome so I decided to leave my car and ask them to check it. The nextday the lady was calling me (Leannie ) saying that my car is ready, I don't expect that it's going to be past like this.But by the time I went to the shop Leannie was not there so I spoke to this asst. manager Andy he's very polite and professional. and I am very happy with the service quick, less expensive and I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family.I got an excellent service and a better deal than the other tire shop.Recommend going here for your car needs. You will not be disappointed! more
