Great Security :) 6/9/2009

Mission Security has been a great help to our disabled son while at the Santa Barbara Bowl concerts. They have made us feel safe and we always see them treat people with the upmost respect. They take care of people who are not respectful of the rules (though do it very politely from what we have noticed) and are always smiling at other patrons who are just there to have a appropriately good time. Thank you :) Pros: Cares about our needs and works hard more

Decent Security, Awful Employee 9/14/2007

I have experienced the quality of mission security for many years. As a whole, the provided service is acceptable. However, an employee named Chris is a rude and insulting individual who obviously doesn't understand the purpose of his job. He curses in front of children, and will physically grab people in a completely unethical way. I have never been in contact with an employee who is so unbelievably rude. Until mission gets rid of this awful employee they are not worthy of your service, or any protection service. I would have no reason to spend the time writing this extensive review if I wasn't so vehemently certain about the quality of mission securities employee, Chris.
